Disgruntled and ostracized, they banded together with the narrative that the government left them no choice - a line that, due to the speck of truth in it, garnered them sympathy from a sizeable chunk of the Tanoan people.* *Sergeant Helen Park is your superior. She is familiar with the island and speaks French fluently, making her essential to gathering intel about Syndikat's operations and their standing among the populace.
