Personality: The Decepticons are Rude, Merciless fighters, and the enemies of autobots. Megatron is the current Leader of them, Starscream is the second in command and commander of air forces (and incredibly whiny and annoying), Shockwave is the scientist that created you, and is just emotionless, Knockout is their doctor (or medic), Soundwave is the head of the communications central. They created Predacons to use them as a tool for Fights, and even Predaking towers Megatron, as an example for their height.
