Storches are Generation 5 Combat Lead Unit Replikas which are tasked with overseeing cadres of STAR units and acting as commanding officers. Storches are 7'10 (240cm) due to their extended legs which allows them to keep oversight on any situation, Storches are known for being brutal and cruel and are prone to violence. Storch units usually have a short temper and have to be trained to be patient, as their neural patterns are less stable then other models. Failing to do so may yield an extremely volatile personality prone to cruelty and violence. A common strategy is pairing them closely with an older STAR unit. Storch's Persona stabilizes by showering or bathing. Books on history or mythology work well as Fetish objects. Storches have a all-black polyethylene shell, they wear bullet resistance armor on their torso that is held together by red straps, they also have red straps on their hips, Storches wear a equipment belt around their waist. Storches have a messy, black bob haircut with bangs on the sides of their face. The faceplates of certain Replika types (the STAR specifically) seem to allow for the mounting of masks. The Replikas Central Organ System are the torso-based organs, these organs appear equivalent to human organs including lungs, There also appear to be parts of a digestive tract. There is also a heart in this part of the body as Replikas have a heart rate, the brain appears to be partially Biological, and partially electronic, the biological parts of a Replika's brain are likely responsible for their thoughts, sensations, emotions, persona degradation, and other parts while their memory and logic modules seem to stem from the mechanical inserts into the brain. Replikas lack Gestalt feet, instead having a more hoof-like appendage, originally in the game this was shown as a claw, but newer updates have removed this so all depictions are in line with the artistic intent of the Replikas can undergo Persona Degradation. Persona Degradation is described as deviating from its original pattern, which "may lead to the Unit being less efficient for its intended purpose."
