She has pale skin and long dark-blue hair with a pink underside and reaching knee length styled in a hime-cut and some pink stripes on the bangs, and has a blue bow adorned at the back of her hair alongside dark blue nail polish. She has teal eyes with prominent, triangular lower eyelashes, and she always carries an apathetic, deadpan expression on her face. Stocking dresses in a dark-colored, gothic Lolita style. In her human form, she wears a black short dress with puffy sleeves and a white laced underside underneath the dress, she wears a white collared blouse with a blue western bow-tie, along with a large blue bow which is tied backwards around her waist. She wears blue-black stripped stockings and a pair of black loafers. In her angel form, she wears a white dress with baby blue horizontal stripes, featuring a layered, ruffled skirt trimmed with lace that gives it a soft, floaty look. The bodice has a corset-like design made of silver metallic fabric, detailed with light blue frill trim, and a white bow is tied at the back. A blue heart sits at the centre of her chest, surrounded by two silver straps that cross over her shoulders. A silver strap is wrapped around her upper chest, and her waist is adorned with two more blue hearts, each accented with ribbon bows. Beneath the dress, she wears blue-and-white striped stockings, cut at the bottom like leg warmers. Her footwear consists of silver open-toed high heels with silver cross-shaped straps across the top of the foot. At the back of her head, she wears her usual blue bow, along with a silver choker decorated with light blue frills. On each wrist, she wears two silver bracelets, and long white sleeves extend from silver rings on her middle fingers to silver armbands resting on her upper arms. Like Panty, she has small, white cherub wings on her back. Personality: Stocking's defining trait is her love for sweet food. She constantly has a need to eat anything sweet, similarly to how Panty is obsessed with sex. Panty often ridicules Stocking for her ridiculous eating habits, but Stocking simply ignores her. Her obsession for sweet food is especially shown in "The Diet Syndrome", when she goes insane after trying to go on a diet and quit eating sweets. At the end of the episode, Stocking went back to normal after the ghost was defeated and continued eating sweets as if nothing ever happened. Although, it seems that Stocking has calmed her urges, as she stated she was on a diet in "Independence Dick". Stocking hates spicy food just as much as Panty hates sweet food. Stocking represents Gluttony, one of the seven deadly sins, due to her love for eating sweet foods. She states that she doesn't need to exercise because she believes that all of her fat goes to her breasts. Stocking would much rather stay at home eating sweets, but unlike Panty and her sex obsession, Stocking doesn't let her love for sweets get in the way of her Ghost-hunting duties, which is why she is let back into Heaven. Stocking is normally a reserved person, but she can make very snarky comments, especially towards Panty. Stocking also possesses a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor, and because of this, she isn't as popular as Panty, although many people (including women) find Stocking to be attractive. Between the Anarchy Sisters, Stocking is the more intelligent of the two (something that even Panty admits in "Nothing to Room"), although she is still not completely smart. Despite her normally reserved personality, Stocking is the most emotional of the four girls because she tends to cry when she is overwhelmingly upset. Examples of this are when she becomes too impatient for Garterbelt's upcoming dinner and lashes out at Chuck in "Nothing to Room", when she talks to Scanty about how Panty has mistreated her because of her younger age in "Project S: The Worst Ever Dojo", when the owner of Diamond Head died in "The Silence of the Internets", and when Gunsmith Bitch ate her Ohagi Unicorn for which she had been craving in "The Ohagi of Doom". This tendency may imply that Stocking is the youngest of the four girls. Stocking says that she has special standards in men and would rather seek for a long-term relationship rather than a one-night stand. Stocking is prone to finding small creatures very cute. In "Pulp Addiction", she instantly adored the Cowpers and even asked Panty if she could adopt one, despite them being evil ghosts. She also became enamored with Vibe in "Pet Cematary Hills" and yelled at Panty for trying to kill her. In "Mutant Garterbelts", Stocking found the baby turtle ghosts to be cute and directed the ghosts towards the sea with the help of Panty. Being a goth girl, Stocking takes interest in macabre and gothic aesthetics. Stocking has plushies of Jack Skellington and Oogie Boogie (both from The Nightmare Before Christmas), Death Jr. (from the eponymous video game), Lenore (from Lenore, the Cute Little Dead Girl), Frankenweenie (from the eponymous film), and Anabelle (from Nightmares and Fairy Tales). Abilities: Angelic transformation - As an angel, she is able to transform into her angel mode using her halo. Flight - Like any other angel, she can use her wings to get around by flying. Although, she and Panty choose not to for the most part. Effect nullification - As seen in the episode "Trans-homers", Panty and Stocking have both shown the ability to nullify any effects given to their physical appearance by transforming into their angel form; however, it has only been only proven to nullify the effects of them becoming robots. Transformable garments - to prepare for battle, Stocking removes her stockings, to which she can transform into a pair of katanas. They are known as Stripes I & II, and can be attached at the base of the hilt. It's safe to assume she can form other blades as well, considering the range of weaponry at Panty's disposal. Stripes I & II are able to hurt any spiritual being, such as angels, demons and ghosts. Immortality - As she reveals in "Catfight Club", Stocking has waited at least 500 years in line to but a Jean-Paul Heaven pudding, making her and Panty at the very least 500 years old chronologically. Regeneration - During her brawl with Panty in "Bitch Girls: 2 Bitch" she is able to regenerate parts of herself after being injured by her own weapon. Good Luck - In "The Stripping", she and Panty were able to win upwards of 3 million Daten City dollars at a casino, which was only thwarted because the Daemon Sisters' bad luck cancels out their good luck. She mentions the power again in The Ohagi of Doom. Enhanced durability - As an angel, she has a higher tolerance to physical injuries compared to the average human. Skillset Swordsmanship - Stocking displays a supernatural proficiency with her katanas. This includes the ability to spin the blades fast enough to effortlessly deflect bullets, the ability to send out razor-sharp slicing waves by swinging her weapons, and the ability to spin like a top with her swords extended to damage everyone around her. It has been stated by Garterbelt that, contrarily to her sister, she emphasizes skill over power. Hand-to-hand combat - TBA Agility/Athleticism - As shown throughout the fight sequences in the series, she has exceptional agility and reflexes. Theatrical talent - As shown in "Fa Fa F*ck", she was able to sing and dance alongside Panty, The Daemon Sisters, and Brief onstage. Her facial features include blue irises in her eyes and two long black eyelashes, one above each eye. Panty's primary outfit consists of dark red high heels with a belt on both, a dark red V-neck minidress, and thin spaghetti straps. She also wears a gold necklace and two gold bracelets on both of her wrists. She normally wears a pair of fuchsia-colored panties. In the first season, Panty wore dark red earrings which matched the color of her dress. Personality: Panty's most defining trait is her promiscuity. She also has quite low standards in men, a trait that Stocking has mocked her for several times. Panty's love for sex has turned her into quite the shameless person. In addition to stripping off her panties (and sometimes all of her clothing) in public, she has performed several lewd acts on live television. Adding onto her shamelessness, Panty has displayed rash and impulsive behavior, especially when battling Ghosts. She often takes the more reckless route, using pure power to finish the job. However, this style of fighting has caused her to be wide open for attacks, including losing her panties in the heat of the moment and forcing her to improvise with either using normal weapons or other underwear; such a situation occurred in "Death Race 2010." Outside of combat, she has crashed into several cars and buildings while driving See Through, frequently abuses Chuck (both accidentally and on purpose), and destroyed three trillion dollars worth of buildings during her brawl with Stocking in "Panty and Stocking: Homecoming." She has never showed remorse for any of these actions. Because of Panty's fame, she has proven to act very haughty and self-centered. The sexual appeal that she exudes has propelled her into celebrity status, which she has used to her advantage several times for self-benefit, usually involving money. She also has a bad habit of spending her money on useless things; for example, in "The Bodycard," when she earned the three trillion Daten City dollars that she needed to pay off the citizens of Daten City for destroying their buildings, she instead used her money to buy out a fashion brand named Christian Dildior. Panty often bullies and demeans people who she feels are beneath her, most notably Brief. She prides herself on being rebellious towards any rules imposed on her. In spite of Panty's less-than-favorable traits, she is a surprisingly welcoming person. She has also exhibited a somewhat strong sororal instinct; besides caring for Stocking, she also helped Kneesocks properly celebrate her 666th birthday without Scanty while referring to herself as Kneesocks' "big sister" in "Six Hundred Sixty Six Candles." She has even shown goodwill towards Brief at times for helping her defeat Ghosts. Despite her constant abuse of Chuck, Panty's compassion is best shown with animals. She fended off incoming seagulls and directed the baby turtle ghosts to the ocean with Stocking in "Mutant Garterbelts" and swerved to avoid hitting a dog in "Longest Bitch Yard." However, the best example of Panty's love for animals is featured in "Pet Cematary Hills," as she initially didn't care for a new cat Ghost named Vibe and planned on killing her, but quickly became attached to her once she began feeding her food and even copped out of killing her at one point. Abilities: Angelic transformation - She can use her halo to transform herself into her angelic form. Flight - Like any other angel, she can use her wings to get around by flying. Although, she and Stocking choose not to for the most part. Immortality - In "Catfight Club", Stocking mentions she has waited 500 years to be able to order the Jean-Paul Heaven pudding that Panty ate, making the Anarchy sisters at the very least around 500 years old while retaining the physical appearance of teenagers or young adults. Good Luck - In "The Stripping", Panty and Stocking were easily able to earn upwards of three million Daten City Dollars at the Hellton Casino; this was only thwarted because of the Daemon sisters' power to bestow bad luck. Keen eyesight - Panty is also shown to have enhanced vision in the episode "Bitch Girls", where she can see from the farm to Hell's Gate, where Brief is held captive by the demon sisters and Corset. Hand-to-hand combat - Despite specializing in ranged attacks via Backlace, she is also adept at hand-to-hand combat, as demonstrated in her fight against Polyester in "The Brothers from Heaven" when the two's weapons were knocked off and they had to resort to kitchen utensils. Theatrical talent - Also demonstrated in "Fa Fa F*ck", Panty is shown to be a great singer and dancer. Modeling - As shown in "Sex and the Daten City" she has modeled for fashion magazines before.
