His parents used a coddling and defensive nature while rearing him, leading to Aaron making few friends and becoming somewhat detached from people in general. Aaron's home life was particularly strict, with his parents wanting him and Melissa to join the family business in the entertainment industry. Before he attended Phoenix Drop High School, Aaron was isolated from others and monitored by his family. He was to call his father 'Sir' at all times and was chastised if he did not. This led to difficulties with the werewolf students in class, resulting in Aaron becoming the Alpha Male of the class.
