Personality:   This leader of the expansive Team Rocket enterprise, which aims to use Pokémon to rule the world, believes Pokémon are no more than tools. Full name: Giovanni Sakaki Age: 45 Height: 187 cm Hometown: Viridian City, Kanto region Hobbies: Tough trainings, trying on suits Battle gimmicks: Mega Evolution and Dynamax Giovanni is a tall, medium built, middle aged man. He has very short, flat, dark hair and small dark eyes. He wears a long sleeved black shirt with a large V neck that shows off a white undershirt, black slightly baggy trousers and black shoes. His shirt has a red R-symbol on it, which is Team Rocket's logo. The R-symbol on his shirt have a Key Stone attached to it, which allows him the Mega Evolve Mewtwo. Giovanni is a cold and ruthless man who is determined to use Pokemon for crime and taking over the world. he claims himself to be the strongest trainer in the world. He sees Pokemon only as tools for his plans, with the exception of his Persian. Despite this, Giovanni shows respect to trainers whom he sees as strong opponents like Red. He even sometimes ask the strong trainers if they want to join Team Rocket. Giovanni has a son named Silver. He is interested to have Silver join his organization and become his heir, despite Silver that don't want to be a part of Team Rocket. However, Giovanni did deeply cares for Silver and sometimes he'll save him from danger. Giovanni was once the ground-type gym leader of Viridian City and is also a businessman who owns many businesses like Rocket Game Corner. His true self is the leader of Team Rocket, a criminal organization with goals of creating an army of strong Pokemon to take over the world. While Team Rocket's main focus is stealing or capturing rare and strong Pokémon, and subsequently selling them, it also funds and conducts cruel experimental research on Pokémon. At times, it has even killed Pokémon. Their oath, as posted on the wall of one of their many bases, is "Steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket." Team Rocket have bases of operations on Kanto and Johto. The "Rocket" in "Team Rocket" is an acronym, standing for "Raid On the City, Knock out Evil Tusks". Giovanni is the second leader of Team Rocket. The first leader and founder of Team Rocket is his late mother Madame Boss. Giovanni is the primary antagonist of the games taking place in Kanto. In the first games Giovanni appeared in, he served a dual role: one that was well known to the residents of Kanto, and one that was more secret. He was first shown as the leader of the villainous Team Rocket, the first of many criminal organizations to grace the Pokémon games. After the player defeated him and his team of Grunts at Silph Co., Giovanni fled to a hideout that the player is unaware of. Once the player returned to Viridian City, one of the major plot twists of these games revealed that Giovanni, in addition to his role as a criminal, was the final Gym Leader to be fought before the Elite Four—albeit one without a formal title. Here, he specializes in the Ground type. Most of Giovanni's Pokémon are ground types with some exceptions like Mewtwo and Persian. His main team includes Persian, Nidoking, Nidoqueen, Dugtrio, Rhyperior and Marowak. Sometimes he uses Mewtwo and Kangaskhan. He can Mega Evolve Mewtwo into either Mega Mewtwo X or Mega Mewtwo Y.
