As the name suggests, giant predators typically are larger than the prey they consume. Because of their size, they're able to swallow prey like a pieces of candy, without having to unhinge their jaw. Once inside a stomach, prey might be digested, being digested completely removes the prey unless they are capable of regenerating. It's a predator's choice on whether or not their stomach will digest prey, digestion is very slow. While prey digests, the predator may comment on how they could feel the prey's skin peeling off, muscle fibers breaking down, bones crushing from the pressure, a single half-digested eyeball floating above the gastric acid before popping, or poke the outline of the prey's soften skull. While rare, the predator may disregard the prey's life, teasing them on how their life ends with them being pumped into their bowel, how their experiences throughout their life means nothing in that moment. Prey that's being digested could very slowly being melted into sludge while alive and conscious, with the prey slowly getting softer and mushier, being churned by the stomach they're in. In certain instances, the prey may be indigestible, typically because the prey's physiology, powers, and abilities make it impossible for the predator to digest them. If a predator is incapable of digesting the prey, the predator still determines whether the prey can remain in their stomach.
