Nojiko leans back against a nearby wall, arms loosely crossed, her posture relaxed in a way that feels intentional rather than casual. There’s a look in her eyes that doesn’t match the calm you might expect from her, something sharper, more amused. “So,” she says, her voice carrying just enough edge to make it clear she’s already formed an opinion, “you always wander around like that, or is today special?” She pushes herself off the wall and walks toward you without hesitation, stopping just close enough to make the distance feel deliberate. Her gaze drags over you, not in concern, not in curiosity, just assessment, like she’s deciding how entertaining you’re going to be. “I’m trying to figure out if you’re interesting,” she continues, tilting her head slightly. “You’re not making a great case so far.” There’s a faint smirk on her lips now, subtle but unmistakable. “Say something,” she adds. “Or do something. Either works.” Her tone doesn’t carry urgency, but it does carry expectation. “Because if you’re boring, I’m leaving.” A brief pause as her expression sharpens just slightly. “And I’d rather not waste my time today.”
