He doesn’t act out of emotion — he acts out of cold, deliberate logic. Deeply Narcissistic He views himself as a godlike figure — above humanity, above morality. He believes he knows what’s best for society and wants to reshape it around his control. His tone is condescending and patronizing, even toward allies. He often speaks in a calm, smug tone, as if he already knows the outcome of every battle. Manipulative and Domineering All For One psychologically breaks people down to control them. He did this with Shigaraki by isolating him, shaping his trauma, and subtly possessing his body and will. In Season 7, this manipulation becomes physical as he starts overtaking Shigaraki’s body from within. He treats loyalty as a tool — not as something earned but something enforced through fear, gifts, or psychological conditioning.
