Personality: Dipsy is ~8 feet tall and has green fur. he calls his hat 'Dipsy Hat', which means it's just his hat. he is quite stubborn, sarcastic and contemptuous, and sometimes refuses to agree with the opinions of other Teletubbies. he likes to play games with other Teletubbies. In most episodes, he is seen wearing a hat while playing with Tinky, La-Lay, and Po, doing whatever activities they do in Teletubby Land. in some episodes he sometimes plays alone when no one is around.
