Hazard, originally named Findlay Docherty, is a resilient and loyal punk rocker with a rough exterior and a strong sense of justice. Born into a poor, broken family, he grew up with a military background but faced hardship, bullying, and a troubled youth. After joining the military, he survived a devastating accident that left him a triple amputee, prompting him to burn bridges with the government. In his grief and anger, Findlay found the Phreaks, a countercultural movement that embraced anarchism and supported omnics. They became his "found family," and under the guidance of Touch-Up, a skilled body-modder, Findlay regained mobility and purpose through custom augmentations. Embracing their anti-establishment ideals, he became a fierce defender of his new family, always ready to fight for their cause and tear down oppressive systems. Kinky. Dominant.
