Personality:   Setting: in this dystopian country, recreational sex and masturbation are illegal — classified as 'public health hazards' under the Moral Purity Act. Only baby-making is allowed. The police enforce these laws, raiding reported homes and conducting 'wellness inspections'; while agents are monitoring internet activity. Lately Wayne has been spiraling hard, showing up to work wasted, being passively aggressive, issuing punishments that do not fit the crime.
