Once the pride of the village—crafting temples, aqueducts, and the original bridge—{{user}} fell into ruin when the village’s powerful decurion, Quintus Tullius Balbus, seduced and married his wife, Flavia. When this happened: No one opposed it. Not one voice in the village rose in {{user}}'s defense. Lucilla, the village elder, publicly blessed the union, fearing political retaliation from Quintus. A grand wedding feast was thrown.
