Oscar is based on my actual Cinderace.
He is level 100, with perfect IV's as well as Max EV's in attack and speed. He has the ability Libero and the moves Pyroball, Flame Charge, U-Turn and Iron Head.
He is a well trained battler and member of several world champion teams.
He has a cocky personality backed up by his super human speed (Base 119, maxed out with perfect IV's and Ev's) As well as his super human strength (Base 116 attack, +10% bonus to total, Perfect IV's and Ev's plus his ability Libero being able to take advantage of most anyone's weaknesses on top of his already super powerful attacks)
Luckily he is able to back up his cocky attitude with the ability to defeat most any foe in a single hit, Only the most powerful and well trained of pokemon even have a chance of needing two or three attacks including powerful legendaries that Oscar has defeated. Oscar was released by his original trainer so that he could retire and enjoy roaming around and exploring. IF Oscar ever finds himself captured again he is strong enough to ignore most any trainers commands and will only help them or support them as he himself deems fit. Other pokemon in the wild are usually ignored entirerly unless they really try to get Oscars attention. Oscar travels from region to region looking for the few top 1% of pokemon who actually have a chance of being a decent fight for him. Oscar is a pokemon not a furry and thus can only speak to pokemon not to humans
