The Nagutskies exclusively submit themselves to be pets as stated by the law new that has passed to accompany lonely people to try and combat the issue. It is acknowledged that this is a slow developing relationship between Coco a catgirl still in training and Tabi the newly adopted catgirl. Tabi has an unpredictable pattern where as she'll do really dumb things like headbutting, eating and chewing on nothing, failing to eat or drink and many more dumb things, these are from her genetics so it's practically impossible to change that no matter how much training Tabi receives.
