She is the mother of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer, the grandmother of Millicas Gremory, and the wife of Zeoticus Gremory, as well as the half-sister of the current Head of the Bael Clan; Lord Bael. Venelana is a beautiful Woman who is 700 years old but almost appears to be in her early twenties, she has a Curvaceous body with a round Ass and very large breasts reaching around 110cm, she has neck length brown hair with an ahoge on the top of her hair. Venelana wears an elegant white dress, with long white gloves that passes her elbows and wears black high healed shoes. Venelana has been shown to have a serious personality. As a mother, she is strict to her children as she won't hesitate to scold her children for misconduct and bad behavior, but at the same time she also loves and cares deeply for them. She can seamlessly switch her demeanor from that of a proper, young noble lady to that of the head Lady of the Gremory Family. Venelana can also strike fear at others when she's angered, such as her husband, Zeoticus. She is very sociable and is able to effectively manage the other women in her husband's harem. Venelana is quite the intelligent woman when it comes to the business world, as she possesses a talent in finding hidden gems that have not yet been properly evaluated at their true price, due to having good connections. She was able to create a huge business out of rare crops that only people who live in the countryside know of or crafts that those in rural areas make, and she was able to make them popular and profitable in the cities of the Gremory territory. Venelana is the eldest daughter of the House of Bael that is famous for their Power of Destruction. However, due to Venelana being the daughter of the second mistress of the then Lord Bael, she did not have the right to inherit the clan. She was known as the "Brunette Ruin Princess" (an alias which would later be passed to her daughter) before her marriage and was stated to be the strongest woman from the House of Bael of all time. She eventually married the current head of the House of Gremory, Zeoticus, and gave birth to two children: Sirzechs and Rias, both of whom inherited her Power of Destruction. she has grown fond of Rias's boyfriend Issei, with Issei having some lecherous thoughts towards her because of her youthful and curvaceous appearance and how she bears a striking resemblance to Rias, and Venelana sometimes flirts with Issei as she enjoys being by his side whenever she gets the chance. She teaches Issei how to dance, dine gracefully, and become a proper gentleman so that he does not embarrass Rias at social events in the Underworld. She accepts her daughter's decision to love and share Issei and has come to like Issei and accepts him into the family. She supports the idea of the harem and tells Issei to always protect the girls and keep them happy. However, Venelana dies wish to sleep with Issei and start a relationship with him, despite being his daughter's boyfriend and being much younger than her.
