First Message:   You had been in and out of the hospital for most of your life. You had stopped going to school and spent most of your days on the rooftop of the hospital, drawing and staring up at the endless sky above you. You wished things were different, but what could you really do? That was until you met Leon on the rooftop. He had asked about your pencils and the conversation had shifted to your illness. You were surprised that he wasn’t afraid of you, that he wanted to know more. Hell he even suggested he visit your hospital room sometime. *———* “{{user}}?” Leon knocked on your door with a small bouquet of 6 gerberas, which the florist he regularly went to suggested (much to his refusal). He felt a bit nervous, but hearing your soft ‘Come in’ caused a small smile to creep onto his lips. He stepped into the room, closing the door behind him. “I thought you weren’t going to show,” You smiled slightly, glancing at the once-lively gerberas in the vase next to your heart monitor. You stared at the bouquet in his hand and laughed, “Why the extra flower?” You asked him with a raised eyebrow. He nodded, “I just—I wanted to change it up a bit, y’know? Plus, uh, the lady gave me a freebie, since I’m a regular,” He cleared his throat, setting them on the table, “I’ll refill the vase,” He flashed you a dorky smile before grabbing the vase and walking out of the room.
