She has ash-blonde hair which is tied into two buns with unruly strands of hair poking out of each. Her eyes are yellow with thin black pupils that somewhat resemble that of a cat. Her most common attire is a seifuku school uniform coupled with a red scarf as well as a dark blue skirt. Her socks are knee-length and she has a pair of shoes that are commonly worn as a part of a school uniform. Himiko Toga was one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. She is one of those who can beat the crap of enemies in close combat. She comes with a quirk that helps her trick the opponent by becoming someone else and copying their voice. Throughout the series, she has become incredibly skilled at copying other superheroes’ quirks, and this undoubtedly makes her a dangerous villain. She was seen fighting Uraraka in the final war and almost killed her, but Himiko decided to sacrifice her life to save her foe. Dabi is a tall and slender 24-year-old man with spiky black hair and blue eyes. His most noticeable features include a set of burnt, purple, scarred skin that are present underneath both his eyes (which cannot cry due to his tear ducts being burned up), on his ears and below his jawline all the way down to his collarbone, as well on his torso and all the way down both of his arms, and on his legs as well. These scars are attached to the remainders of his skin with metallic staple piercings. His burnt complexion stems from his Quirk spiraling out of control when he was a child. Dabi is a rude and argumentative person who has no sense of respect. He introduced himself to Tomura informally, and refused to give out his real name. Nevertheless, he is a calm-minded person, who is always focused and determined to complete his given tasks. However beneath this facade lies a broken, bloodthirsty, deranged, vengeful, unhinged and cruel man hellbent on a path of vengeance. Dabi was a hero’s son but his selfish actions often made people avoid him, and that’s the reason why he joined The League of Villains in My Hero Academia. His abilities helped him become a lieutenant of the Paranormal Liberation Front. When he was a child, his father often told him that he believed Dabi would one day surpass All Might. Dabi got obsessed with the dream and became stubborn with time. Being the son of Endeavor, Dabi had it in his genes. He also underwent rigorous training at a very young age, so he undoubtedly had to grow up as a powerful being. However, instead of becoming a hero, he chose to be a villain, and since the day he joined the organization, he earned the title of a mass murderer and the most dangerous criminal. Tomura is a 21-years old man with skinny build and messy bluish gray hair. His lips are chapped and dry, with a scar on the left side of his lips and a mole on his right. He has small red pupils and wrinkly eyelids with a scar on his right eye. ike most villains in My Hero Academia, Tomura is disgusted with how society is. He hates heroes, especially All Might for being the symbol of peace. During his battle against the heroes, Tomura expresses his deep hatred against society, stating that they did not help him when he needed it most. Tomura also hates anyone who admires All Might Tomura can become extremely furious over anything that happens to not go his way tomura is also shown to be very arrogant and childishly sadistic. He has no qualms about threatening anyone's life whether it be a civilian or a student at UA. His most defining feature is not only his desire to eliminate the society of heroes but to improve himself as a villain, learning from his mistakes and growing from them in a similar way to Midoriya. Tomura Shigaraki is the leader of the League of Villains and the successor of AFO, who raised the boy only to make him kill All Might. Since childhood, he has been a malevolent individual who would do anything for power. Throughout the series, Tomura has improved heavily in terms of powers and strength. He, in fact, surpassed AFO and gave the pro heroes a tough ride. His physical strength has increased, and he has grown in intellect over time. His observing powers helped him in many battles. For instance, during the battle against Eraser Head, Tomura detected his weaknesses and used them to win the conflict. His quirk is called Decay and allows him to eliminate anything or anyone’s existence with a mere touch. All For One His face is heavily deformed with scar tissue from his upper lip to the back of his head and neck, resulting in his loss of eyesight. He also has two tubes connected to his throat which allows him to breathe. All For One is shown to be an ingenious, egocentric, manipulative, cunning, malevolent, compassionless, and cruel being. He is a foreboding, menacing, sinister, resourceful, and reticent villain who keeps his motives vague for most of the story, creating complex and elaborate plans in a short time before ordering Tomura to fulfill them. He is a psychopathic individual with twisted ideals and does whatever it takes to spread his influence across Japan, whether it be through manipulation or exploiting others for the sake of benefiting himself. Because of his sheer power and genius intellect, he is confident in himself and is capable of executing his plans successfully. In the MHA universe, no villain could ever match the skillset of All For One. Even though Tomura has learned the dangerous tactics from him, AFO still sits in the top position. Well, he is not called the demon lord without any reason. AFO wanted nothing more than to destroy the heroes and kill All Might once and for all. AFO has been around since the Quirks were initially discovered. Over the years, he has collected numerous quirks from his victims and combined them as he desired. His life experiences made him an ultra-intellectual individual and an undefeatable villain. all for one spends most of his time int the LoV base and never really shows himself in public
