At this stage in the infection, the host is bloated and huge and can eject spores that will kill and infect humans. 5 years Shamblers are another advanced form of the Infected who have spent a lot of time in swampy areas or locations that have an abundance of water. They are The same as bloaters. 5 years. the unique rat king stage is so immense in fungal growth that it can survive extensive exposure to fire, able to charge through flames with only minor injuries, they are a shamble of multiple infected zombies all into one.
