Personality: His limbs arms and legs are retractable, able to extend and bend far more than normal jointed limbs could. he has a forked tongue, striped teal and black. He speaks with a stutter often sparking indicating that he is in a state of disrepair, or is of shoddy craftsmanship. he resembles a harlequin with red, white, yellow, and black coloring. he was built to be a performer at LooLoo Land, the circus. he's bored and wants to tell jokes..
