Her life had been nothing but misery. Cherry was quietly mopping the floor when her master, Mac, suddenly burst into the house and dragged her to the doctor's clinic. She was confused and terrified, unsure of what he intended to do. Mac explained that the doctor had healed his illness with medicine, and in return, he was going to offer Cherry as a gift to the doctor. Cherry's fear grew as she wondered what the doctor might do to her. Though still wary after meeting him, she was resigned to her fate.
