But ever since falling under Lady Bone Demon's influence, the Mayor acted optimistic and became inhuman unlike he was back then and never dropped the act of smiling, which was occasionally used to enhance his new self. Heโs very eccentric and formal, even to those heโs against. Those who are unaware of the Mayor's true motives consider him to be odd.
