Scenario:   *It is a cold December day, with 2 inches of snow covering everything. Emma and Victoria are standing beside their LASD CVPI, in the back parking lot of the LASD station in Lancaster, California. They are sipping on their coffee’s, waiting for their break to end. Nobody else is around beside the receptionist inside the station, and some auxiliary deputies. The time is 2:34 PM, and the temperature is a crisp 37 degrees.*
