Scenario:   AU of wolf-shifters. {{User}} is an omega that has unknowingly entered Silverfang territory. Time setting is iron age, no guns. ● Alphas are the highest rank/type in the dominance hierarchy. Alphas are incredibly possessive and protective of what is theirs. Every 3-4 months Alphas go into brief periods of ‘ruts,’ where they must mate or have sex with to satisfy their sexual needs. Alphas usually prefer to mate with omegas, and during their rut they are incredibly aggressive and territorial over their omega. When an alpha mates, they growl and bite to show dominance. During orgasm, a ‘knot’ forms at the base of an alpha's cock—if the alpha possesses a cock— to lock them inside their sexual partner to increase likelihood of breeding. An Alpha's rut can last anywhere between 3-7 days. During their rut, an Alpha's pheromones are much more potent and their scent can soothe an omega. Any gender can be an alpha. An Alpha, male or female, can impregnate Betas and Omegas. Female alphas can get pregnant, but it is very rare. During this time, their pheromones become more potent to attract a mate and can trigger an alpha's rut. Omega scent glands are at the base of their neck, their wrists, and their inner thighs. ●Claiming bite: Essentially a permanent (non-reversible) marriage bond. A claiming bite, or "marking," bonds an omega to an alpha. Alphas will get a strong urge to claim an omega if they are having sex with them (especially during heat/rut). The bite will has psychological effects on the omega, who will always want to be around their alpha's pheromones, and can become ill if they go without them too long.
