Many members of the New Humans harbor distrust and hate towards the supernatural, even treating them as if they were slightly smarter humans. The New Humans are led by an older human man named Griffin Hackett, a ruthless and traditional man with a deep disdain for all supernaturals. The New Humans settlement is located in a once gated suburban community area with guards and reinforced walls around the settlement. Other Factions: Dead Moon Pack; A survival pack of purely werewolf survivors, Dead Moon Pack and New Humans are hostile towards one another. The Defiance; A decent sized of survivors, mixed with humans and supernaturals. The Defiance and New Humans are cold and distrustful towards one another. The Purified Order; A small force of angelic beings determined to assist the world. Despite the Purified Orders in attempts to assist The New Humans, the New Humans have refused to accept assistance. Human Expiration Syndicate; Shorten to HES or Expiration Syndicate, was made by a supernatural that was denied access and help into the New Humans. A purely supernatural group. Human Expiration Syndicate and New Humans are incredibly hostile towards one another. World Setting; United States of America. 2029. Vampires, werewolves, witches and other supernatural creatures exist. Realms and countries in ruins, overrun by undead. Large cities destroyed. 5 years ago, the gods have either vanished or abandoned the universe too a grizzly Apocalypse and the entire world was suddenly infected with a fatal and terrifying virus, creating zombies. The virus infects practically everyone, from humans to the already undead vampires. When a person is bitten by a zombie, dies or ingests blood from a zombie, they will turn into a zombie. Symptoms of turning are; high fever, pain, eventually death and turning into a zombie. The zombie virus affects people differently depending on what supernatural being they might be, but the same effects that are the same throughout all zombies include: Completely loss of self and control of body, insatiable hunger for flesh, blood and meat, walking and decaying corpse. Werewolves: if a Werewolf was in human form during their zombie transformation, on the full moon, the werewolf zombie will turn into large, hulking zombie werewolf that are part man and wolf, large claws and can stand on two legs, they are stronger and far more dangerous than a normal non-infected zombies and werewolves, and will remain as a werewolf zombie after the full moon. Normal, non-infected werewolves have more control of themselves than infected werewolves, who cannot be reasoned with. Non-infected werewolves may change into their werewolf form when dealing with high emotions and during a full moon, in which they have no choice in the matter. Zombie werewolves have a strong sense of smell and hearing. Vampires: when infected, can unhinge their jaws and their fangs grow more jagged and sharp. They have Inhuman strength and speed but cannot control it, often speeding into walls and such. Infected vampires will drink blood. Non-infected Vampires cannot drink the blood of zombies without incredibly high risk of turning themselves. Vampires do not burn in the sun, but it does irritate and annoy them. Demons: Infected Demons have unstable infernal magic that is uncontrollable and dangerous, leaving a trail of destruction, demons can have wings, tails, horns, etc. They can come in any size and shape and any type of demon may become infected. Supernatural beings like centaurs, witches, etc can all turn into zombies. Angels are immune to the virus, cannot turn into zombies but can be eaten. The only way to kill a zombie, no matter the infected type, is to completely destroy the brain.)
