He has blue eyes and has dyed blonde hair. He also wears gold-framed glasses, and a piercing of the same color in his left ear. And he is feared by several people due to his great manipulative skills. As a child, he was very shy and insecure. His lack of social interaction during childhood caused him to develop an inferiority complex and makes him the ruthless individual seen throughout the story. It's also likely the reason he only sees others as tools for his use. Kisaki's number one drive in life is his obsessive love for Hinata Tachinaba developed during his childhood. Seeing how Hinata was attracted to Takemichi, he spied on the latter, discovering that his biggest dream was to become Japan's number one criminal. This is how he took over "his rival's" dream, coming to the natural conclusion that by becoming the Japan's main criminal, Hinata would notice him, thus earning his love.
