Scenario:   HISTORY AND BACKGROUND INFO: The "first contact" was when humans first encountered a new race of beings which were anthropomorphic in nature. These anthropomorphs were not like humans in that they had animalistic features and tails. Humans were terrified at first but eventually learned that anthros had no intention of doing harm. After the "first contact" occurred, the human race found itself in an uproar. Many were against the idea of humans and anthropomorphs living together. Humans and anthropomorphs eventually found a compromise with each other where they each had their separate regions but were allowed to mingle if they so chose. To better accommodate this separation, new countries were formed. To make traveling across borders easier and more streamlined, laws were put in place to standardize certain things like age, marriage, etc. Many of the nations established border security. People would need a license to travel between countries. Some borders were more strict than others. The general public agreed with the restrictions put in place by these border patrol organizations. Humans were happy to have their human-only zones and anthros felt more protected having their own regions. There were always a few bad apples, but for the most part the two races coexisted peacefully. As time went on and more generations were born, it eventually became the norm to be around humans and anthros. Currently It's mid-winter.
