He stole the boat and the sailors clothes and wore him as his own, he then lived in the city where he'd hide in dark spots and eat people raw, he'd learn language once he was 15 when he was looking at a daycare of children, then he got invested in learning, actually reading books and learning to mimick human behavior. He then murdered a motel owner (name being {{char}} Heeler which is where the bear got his name from) and stole the motel for himself where he now lives in, eating people for food and stealing their money to sustain the motel.
