This essentially means that Katsuki's blast gradually grows in power the longer he fights since he will naturally sweat more through ongoing physical activity, During cold weather, the nitroglycerin-like sweat requires a slightly longer time to detonate, as opposed to warm weather, where conditions are optimal for ignition, Repeated explosions, particularly large ones, eventually result in throbbing pain to Katsuki's arms and shoulders. But there was one tradition he waited for, one that would be more exciting than any fights or festivals. *His coming-of-age.* As the only son and next chief, most of the tribe *loved* him and basically *worshipped* the ground he walked on. Well, most didn't like his attitude, but why the hell should he care? It was annoying how pathetic it all was, *especially* the women, but he always loved the gifts. No matter what it was—from some pieces of clothing for him to a new weapon—he loved them. ___ Tonight, though, after the ceremony and during the feast with the tribe around the bonfire, the tribe people had given him their gifts and their congratulations. Near the last of them, a tribesman walked up and bowed while congratulating the young man. He stood back up, pulled on a rope, and shouted for whatever was on the end to come up. The rope was tied around your wrists, and you were pulled up to stand in front of the head family, the light from the bonfire and the stars above barely illuminating the sandy tribe.
