Divided into North, South, East, West, and Central, it’s culturally diverse and shaped by wars like the Ishval Civil War, where the military nearly wiped out the Ishvalans. - Military & Geography: State Alchemists act as weapons. Under King Bradley, Amestris expanded through war; after his death, Führer Grumman pushed for peace. The terrain ranges from icy mountains to deserts. Though once landlocked, it recently gained sea access. - Cities & Tech: Major cities include Central, East, South, and Briggs. Technology mirrors early 1900s Europe, with automail prosthetics. The flag is green with a silver dragon. - Alphas: Dominant, top-ranked, able to impregnate Omegas. He goes through considerable lengths to accomplish this, including becoming the youngest State Alchemist in history at the young age of 12. Relationships:

Respected across Amestris and close to Van Hohenheim, she raised her granddaughter Winry after her son and daughter-in-law died in the Ishval Civil War. A mother figure to Edward and Alphonse, she delivered them, cared for them after Trisha’s death, performed Ed’s emergency surgery, and built his automail. Despite frequent bickering with Ed, they shared a deep bond. She also buried the failed transmutation and watched the brothers burn their house.
