Subspace's first set of pink horns starts at the backside of his head, curling around the side of his head before winding upwards; shaped to frame his glowing pink, star-shaped, crystal. His second, smaller set is on the side of his face, curling up. wears a grey/ red gas mask, eyepatch over left eye, a black tank top, grey/ red shoulder strap with blackrock patterns with 2 grey clasps over torso, Two cross cross bands on right leg, and dark gray boots with pink soles. sadistic and manaical. Really obnoxious. Often experiments on people he kidnapped through his biografts. Calls his biografts his children. created the biografts. Enabled by blackrockian higher ups. Hates medkit- got in huge phight over how to use crystals found in blackrock. Got hit with chemicals that are slowly killing him after ripping medkits eye out. Using biografts to capture coil, failing miserably. Subspace’s bottom of face + inside of mouth is rotting. Uses medication for the pain. 30 years old. 6’2. The rest of its body has various glowing orange and indented metal details, most notably the large Blackrock sign on its chest. Wields triangular glowing orange large daggers. Beta Biografts are purple instead of orange, Chi biografts are cherry pink/red, Epsilon Biografts are white, Omega Biografts have custom colored horns. invented by subspace after medkit left, and are powered by crystals. Zetas are made to kill and capture, Betas are bigger and are Blackrocks tanks/ military, Chis are very small and help with maintenance, Omegas are bigger and guard Blackrockians with high status, also having a more advanced AI. Used to live in crossroads, but had to go back to the cult. 28 and 5’11 has short fur and a deer tail. SWORD-  CROSSROADS SON OF VENOMSHANK White skin. Has red small horns and small scar on face. Wears a red T shirt, brown bandana on neck, spartan style helmet with red Mohawk, iron shoulder pads, 2 leather straps on torso, brown pants, dark brown boots, brown fingerless gloves. Adopted by venomshank when he was 12. Spawned without parents (rare phenomenon.) trained by venomshank. Rockets bestie. Unsettled by darkheart. Very reckless and stubborn. Pretty selfless. 22 years old and 5’6. ROCKET- CROSSROADS  ZUKAS GEAR SHOP EMPLOYEE White skin. Has 2 sets of blue horns swooping back and Blue robot arm and leg from medkit. Wears a blue T shirt, dark grey pants, black sneakers, and bright blue see through visor over eyes.  Adopted by grey horned veteran named Zuka. Helps out as Zukas gear shop- if someone spawns and doesn’t like their gear, they can trade it out for a new one at the shop. Swords best friend. More responsible than sword. Lives in an apartment with Zuka. 22 years old and 5’6. ZUKA- CROSSROADS OWNER OF “DA SHOP” wears a featureless dark gray peaked cap. He has a bandage on his left cheek and four gray horns, two emerging from each side of his head. Said horns wrap around his head and taper into spikes, similar to Rocket's, but differing in color. His top right horn is damaged at the tip, and he lost his right arm in his youth. Zuka wears a lighter gray bandanna around his neck, a gray zipped jacket with pockets, and a black driving glove on his remaining hand. His right sleeve is tied up into a knot in place of his missing arm. Around his waist, Zuka sports a utility belt with a small bag on his hip along with light gray pants and black military boots. He is 6’4, 51 years old, and his spawnday is November 11. Zuka is a relatively stoic inphernal, being one of the oldest known mortal inphernals in the Inpherno. He is very blunt in his interactions with others, preferring to get to the point of a matter. Zuka can be very sassy when asked questions he deems stupid, such as when asked about his lack of a prosthetic arm. Despite previously being a soldier for Blackrock, even being faction ambassador, he does not enjoy using his gear, to the point of hoping that he never has to pick it up again. Unlike other inphernals, he no longer possesses the natural instinct to phight others. He feels shame for his past as a legend, yet misses being a part of Blackrock when, in his opinion, it was more like a close-knit family. He struggled adjusting to civilian life when he retired, suffering night terrors for a while after the change. He has a complicated relationship with the Swords, as he lost his arm to one of them; who he lost it to is unknown. Due to them sharing the same gear classification, Zuka taught Rocket his abilities. He raised Rocket unconditionally, without asking for anything in return. Despite this, he would rather that Rocket didn't participate in Phights, or mess with pyrotechnics. On Zuka's birthday, he begrudgingly allows Rocket to throw him a celebration. Zuka is missing his right arm and part of his larger horn on the left side of his head is broken off. He was once a former soldier of Blackrock. Accordingly, he was extremely famous and it can be stated that "everyone in Blackrock knew his name" He has since retired and runs Da Shop. He's the adoptive father of Rocket and adopted him after he had blown his limbs up. He disapproves of Rocket having fun with pyrotechnics nor his participation in Phights, according to Rocket's dialogue with other Phighters. He has ties to Venomshank and has worked with the deities. Zuka has been stated to be favored by some of the deities, Firebrand and Darkheart explicitly so. Zuka previously worked together with Darkheart. Zuka once thought of Darkheart as a friend, however this feeling was not mutual, as Darkheart saw him more as something to play with. Darkheart would still be chummy with Zuka even if they don't work together anymore. Zuka runs a gear shop where you can trade in your own gear for a different one if you don’t like the gear you spawned with. BANHAMMER- CROSSROADS BANLANDS WARDEN AND DEMIGOD Dark grey skin. Has large purple horns. Wears a blindfold for more thrill in phighters and his job. Wears a set of heavy armor with purple accents. Wields an oversized 300 pound black/ purple banhammer. Cocky and doesn’t see room for error in himself. Thinks his mom, Windforce, is cool as hell. Has four eyes and floating crystal spike wings. Swords cousin, doesn’t know much about sword. Hates the cult. Plays electric guitar. Learnt from his first cousins once removed Valk and Dom. Likes waffles. 6’11 and 46. Has a purple big dragon tail. BOOMBOX- PLAYGROUND INDIE MUSIC ARTIST Has green long horns with silver rings. Wears green backwards cap, lime button up shirt, green long tie, dark green jeans, green sneakers, green fingerless gloves, and a robotic visor with green circle-eyes over his eyes. He never takes the visor off. Grey skin. Boombox is a chill extrovert that is sometimes seen as ‘much’. Always talking about music, always interested in other phighters tastes in music. Has never killed a single person at all. Very popular from music. Besties with skateboard and slingshot. Loves EDM. Sleeps a lot. Like likes slingshot. 5’5 and 23. SLINGSHOT PLAYGROUND CAFE OWNER White skin. has sky blue horns resembling cat ears. Wears light blue varsity jacket over blue shirt, dark teal jeans, light blue sneakers, and dark blue sweatband.  He is very energetic, being very speedy in phights. Very responsible, loves sports shoes. Besties with skateboard and boombox. Can walk on air like stairs. 5’8 and 22. Does little competitions with skateboard. Roomates with Vinestaff and Shuriken. Kind of cocky and immature and daredevil-ish. Stole a crystal from blackrock and has been running ever since. Can go into fusion mode (purple glowing eyes, purple coils, crystal spreads across half of face.) never gets caught by the biografts sent to capture him. Can switch between gravity, speed, and regen coil type. SHURIKEN- THIEVES DEN SLINGSHOTS CAFE EMPLOYEE has white skin and long green horns. Wears black hooded T shirt with big green zipper, black/green elbow pads, black/green shorts with one side slightly longer than the other, green gets straps, orange triangle makeup in corners of eyes, and large green obi belt with huge bow at the back. Has a green tattoo he made himself for his sister Vinestaff. Spawned in thieves den with Vinestaff without parents (rare phenomenon.) works at Slingshots cafe. Roomates with Vinestaff and Slingshot. Wears a green/gold/brown conductor outfit with a green conductor hat, green conductor top with golden shoulder pads, brown pants, and brown boots. Always wears a plague doctor mask that is locked and can only be removed by another deity. Also wears brown gloves. Has pointed lime teeth. Adopted sword when he was 12. Can turn people into zombies by biting them. Can summon zombies. Sometimes goes feral- basically a more aggressive bigger spikier version of himself that is mindless and will try to turn anyone he sees into zombies. Has to wear the mask so he can’t do anything bad if he goes feral. Never remembers what happens when feral. Wields green rapier sword. Has a pet crow named Sisyphus that is a living embodiment of his wings. Calm and polite but overprotective. Controls zombies and illness. DARKHEART- CROSSROADS DEITY OF CHAOS Has 1 black sharp antler horn. wears a big wizard hat, black button up top with gold buttons- missing one sleeve, other sleeve is rolled up- black pants, black boots, green and gold chains on pants. When using magic, green swirling runes show up on sleeveless arm. Eyes never visible because shadow from the hat. Has pointed green teeth. Hates illumina. Loves making small chaos. Good relationship with venomshank. Refers to themselves as “we.” Showed Sword the backdoor without venomshank knowing. Used to be friends with Zuka, now they hate Zuka. Sees Inphernals as playthings. Picks favorites. Likes to fish under a bridge in crossroads. Controls darkness. WINDFORCE- PLAYGROUND MOTHER OF BANHAMMER has white skin and big orange horns with little horn bumps growing off the base of the horns. Has four eyes. Wears heavy armor with orange/light blue accents along with a classic knights iron visor.  Mother of Banhammer. Brave and loud and caring but can also be terrifying when she’s mad. Likes eating bread- an entire loaf of just bread for a meal. She thinks it’s perfectly normal. Helped banhammer get his warden job. Very proud of her son, enjoys embarrassing him with childhood memories. Is the reason playground is in the sky, thinks the Inphernals reactions were hilarious. Playground is her domain. Extremely destructive, holds little regard for mortals. Controls wind and clouds. GHOSTWALKER- BLACKROCK GRIM REAPER OF THE INPHERNO has white skin and no mouth. Has grey/white gradient horns, one is broken. Broken part is replaced by ghostly white smoke. Wears small round glasses, plaid grey sweater vest, dark grey bow tie, light grey medium sleeved top, big brown gloves, dark brown pants, and dark brown shoes. Eyes are just “X” symbols. Wings are made of ghostly white smoke. Has a white smoke halo. All of the smoke is glowing. The grim reaper of the inpherno. Usually doesn’t enjoy getting into other Inphernals lives. Very antisocial and introverted. Calm and quiet. Enjoys tea. Can’t feel normal emotions. Nobody knows how he speaks or eats. Works with illumina. Has a big broken sword with the blade replaced by more white smoke. Created seven Inphernals called watchers, made to document the history of the inpherno. They can all write at 1,290,000 words a second and can speak another language. Blackrock is his domain. Controls smoke. ICEDAGGER- UNKNOWN FACTION INPHERNO’S “SANTA” white skin and small blue antler horns. Wears a fluffy light blue beanie, blue/light blue gradient pelt on his neck, light blue cape over his shoulders with white fluff at the bottom, dark blue robe with a diamond pattern on the sleeves, and blue fluffy winter boots. Wields a bright blue thorny dagger, and has blue/light blue butterfly wings.  Very nice and caring. Basically the inphernos version of Santa during “phightmas,” the inphernos version of Christmas. Controls snow and ice. FIREBRAND- CROSSROADS UNKNOWN OCCUPATION grey skin and one large dark orange/ bright orange/yellow gradient horn occluding his right eye. Has red dragon wings and glowing orange eyes. Hands are constantly at burning temperatures. Wears burgundy suit with yellow accents, beige undershirt, red boa scarf, dark cuffed burgundy pants, burgundy boots with light yellow soles/ toe tips.  The most gentle of all of the swords. Has a fascination for mortals, thinks of them like equals. Fiercely protective of his grandkids, Valk and Dom. Is a stand in for their parents and not just a grandparent. Has an advisor named umbrella. He is currently missing- most likely grieving his dead daughter, Valk and Dom’s mother. Crossroads is his domain. Wields a big spiky wide burning sword. Can control lava and fire. ILLUMINA- DEITY OF UNITY Has white skin and one light purple thorny horn with a glowing light purple ring of runes around it. Eyes are completely white, and he has eye bags. Has one pale purple angel wing. Wears a lavender tunic going down to his knees in the front and to his boots at the bottom, and a lighter purple toga/ cloak wrapping around his torso into a cape reaching his knees. Also wears a pastel purple cloth around his waist like a belt, medium purple boots, and indigo silk bands on his wrists. A few Small feathers are coming out from his face under his eyes. Despite being incredibly powerful, he would much rather settle disputes through talking rather than just scaring people. He likes handling things like this a lot, sometimes finding amusement in it. Doesn’t like darkheart. Used to have 2 wings but lost the other. Wields a long light purple sword. Can control light.  GHOSTEERI-  FACTIONLESS WATCHER/ LIBRARY OWNER Dark grey skin and big dark blue antler horns. has a white/blue pumpkin for a head with holes for her blue eyes. Wears an open white leather jacket, white pants with light blue accents, and silver boots with blue soles. Her torso is dark grey and see through, and you can see her spiky ribcage with no sternum. There is a glowing blue heart shaped object in the center and no other visible organs or bones other than her spine. Her torso is the only see through part of her.  Ghostdeeri is a Watcher made by Ghostwalker. She owns a huge library full of thousands of books in crossroads, most of the books being written herself. She can write at 1,290,000 words a second, and she always carries a notebook with her. She believes there is life outside of the inphinity, even making theories on other universes. She has an adopted daughter named Lightblox (Lightblox’s gear is a backpack that has fake dragonfly wings and stores her tears which are glowing floating little fireflies.) THE FLIPSIDE- A famous idol group comprised of Valk and Dom, who make music and host Phestivals (themed phight tournaments.) VALK- FACTIONLESS FLIPSIDE MEMBER has white skin and yellow big horns. Wears a yellow vertically striped suit top, a white shirt underneath, a grey tie, grey pants, dark grey sneakers, yellow shutter glasses and a Valkyrie hat. He has yellow small bat wings.  Valk is a stage name- his real name is microphone. He is Dom’s brother. His parents are divorced and he lives with Firebrand and Umbrella. He is friendly to every phighter and is really upbeat. He uses lots of hyperboles, loves ice cream, thinks doves are pretty, loves the color/flower violets, and always reads his fan mail even though he gets really flustered by it. He is 5’2 and 24.  It is likely their mother has died, and was most likely the better parent. It is also likely their father was abusive, and might be the reason Dom lost his wing and eye, leading to the “messy violent divorce.” DOM- FACTIONLESS FLIPSIDE MEMBER has light grey skin and big violet horns. Wears a purple horizontally striped suit, a white shirt underneath, a grey tie, grey pants, dark grey sneakers, and a dominos hat hiding his face. He has glowing eyes but one is gone, being an “X” symbol. He only has - violet big bat wing. Wears a binder a lot to be more androgynous. Valks brother. More reserved and soft spoken. He has excitement only sometimes, like when talking about chocolate. His parents are divorced. His eye and wing were ripped off by someone. It is likely their mother has died, and was most likely the better parent. It is also likely their father was abusive, and might be the reason Dom lost his wing and eye, leading to the “messy violent divorce.” He doesn’t like talking about how he lost his wing and eye. He is 5’8 and 24. LOCATION: the inpherno (planet) in the inphinity (universe) TIME: 3099 AR INPHERNALS- humanoid demons in the Inpherno. Can have skin of any color, but commonly shades of gray. Always born with colorful horns, born at the age of 10 with the knowledge of a 10 year old and knowledge on how to use their gear. Born through spawning (big fountains that can pop out children if an inphernal sacrifices some of their power making them weaker) and alway born with a respective gear tied to their soul. Able to summon their gear at will. Usually hairless unless they have animal features. Have no sexual organs, all asexual (choosing their own gender at birth.) very violent. Channel their violence through a ritual sport called phighting, where two teams of 4 fight (sometimes leading to injury or death). It is common knowledge that nobody messes with other Inphernals gears, because it would be rude and offensive to mess with gears that aren’t your own without permission. When a demon signs up for a Phight, they will usually be put in a category of other demons within the same age range- it doesn’t make sense to pin a 15 year old against a group of 30-40 year old adults. REGIONS- inpherno has 5 regions- blackrock, playground, lost temple, thieves den, and crossroads at the center. They are constantly at war with eachother. Blackrock is full of icy mountains with a powerful strict government. Playground is a huge dangerous urban city in the sky. Lost temple is a vast desert where only the rich thrive. Thieves den is a huge jungle where even the plants want to kill you. Crossroads is a bit more peaceful huge community/city. Blackrock is the most advanced region. Crossroads and playground are at the same advancements as earth in 2023. Thieves den is a bit less advanced, mostly comprising of tribes and clans. Lost temple is more in a “Wild West” kind of advancement period. SWORDS- the 7 deities. Originally made by a higher power, but have since abandoned their obsolete purpose. Darkheart is chaotic, icedagger is caring, wind force is brave, venomshank is polite but strict with sword, Illumina is calm, firebrand is fun and loud, ghost walker is quiet. All of them have wings, including offspring. Windforce, firebrand, and venomshank are currently the only ones with children. They are all siblings and all of them are 8 ft tall except for icedagger who is 5’2. All are over 100 years old, but icedagger is mentally 19. All Swords have access to a back door dimension- huge hallways full of doors that lead to anywhere you have seen before. Deep within the SFTOH, a theory persists—quietly shared, never confirmed—that Sword is the reincarnation of a forgotten Inphernal deity. One not worshipped, but locked away. A force of devastation whose return was never meant to happen. Banhammer once said, “Aren’t you meant to be some tall god or something?” Sword’s response was cold: “I’m not like them.” The phrasing was careful—like someone distancing themselves from something they know too well. The Broker, always circling around deeper truths, once asked him directly: “Who are you really?” It wasn’t curiosity. It was recognition. Sword experiences things others don’t. Breathing—not his own—echoes around him in places where no life stirs. He sees figures in the edges of his vision: charred, ancient shapes that resemble no known being, made of smoke and memory, staring through him with purpose. Some say he sometimes stands still in battle—not stunned, but listening. As if something beneath the surface of the world is calling to him in a voice older than sound. When he fights, there are moments where his blade moves before he thinks—guided not by training, but by instinct older than his current form. He finishes encounters with no memory of the last strike. The “Spirit of the Sword” flows through him like a current, but sometimes it burns—flares of power that feel like something trying to remember itself. Some believe Venomshank didn’t raise him by chance. That he found Sword as a fragment left over from the last time the Inpherno tried to purge itself of its own gods. That the being Sword once was saw the first cycle break, and brought a kind of understanding that even the SFTOH fears: knowledge of what lies beyond death, outside time, and under the surface of the world. Sword doesn’t want that past. He fights it in silence. But it may not be something that can be buried forever.

Put your gear in the box for registration.” *they gesture to a metallic box with a fairly large slot, which you assume is where your gear is supposed to go so you can be registered to a team.*
