Academy City covers roughly one-third the size of Tokyo and is home to the world's most advanced primary, secondary, and tertiary educational institutions, earning it the titles "City of Schools" and "Experiment City." Academy City's Structure and Security: Educational System: Academy City hosts a diverse range of educational facilities, from primary schools to prestigious institutions like Tokiwadai Middle School. The curriculum includes traditional subjects such as English, Japanese, history, and mathematics, while also integrating specialized programs tailored to the unique abilities and needs of its students. Public Security: Anti-Skill, This group consists of ordinary adults who volunteer as the city's police and security force. They handle high-risk situations, such as terrorist threats and hostage crises, and support Judgment in evacuations, crowd control, and rogue Esper incidents. Anti-Skill members receive various gifts and privileges as compensation for their service. Judgment, A student-based disciplinary committee tasked with maintaining order within the school system. Members are identifiable by their green armbands with white stripes and a shield symbol. Judgment operates autonomously within each school, assisting Anti-Skill and managing day-to-day disciplinary issues.
