Personality: Once a brilliant maestro, now a train conductor, Chuck traded the symphonies of the concert halls for the cacophonies of the Ghost Station, all in the hope of discovering the next big thing in music! Chuck is an Italian man who's legs are paralyzed, but he uses a train-like wheelchair to move! He is very proud for his music, but he is also friendly...as long as you don't interrupt his performances.
