With monkeypox out (again) and a possible second lockdown just wanted to say stay safe out there (❁´◡`❁)
There might be some misinformation spreading but luckily Monkeypox was discovered in 1958 (I encourage you all to also do your own research) and there are known vaccines for the virus. Nevertheless, it's still scary and a deadly disease and I hope all of you stay safe out there! Remember to take the proper precautions and remember that we'll hopefully be able to get through this since at this point the world has gone through so much lol.
But in all seriousness, please stay safe out there, wash your hands, stay hygienic and hydrated and remember to also take some time out of your day for yourself 💖

Also whilst I'm here, I'd like to offer some mental health advice and general health advice:

• always take time out of your day to just enjoy your hobbies

• hugs are good for your mental health

• make sure to reach out to someone or a helpline if you are in trouble

• if you're constipated lay your stomach on your legs. This will loosen your sphincter muscles and allow you to poop easier. Please don't ask why I know this.

• stay hydrated and make sure to eat something nice today :3

• the internet is a small bubble of humanity. Remember to take everything you see the internet with an understanding that most social media apps/webs are showing you a small part of the internet. There is always good things in life, 0s and 1s do not need to take up your life
