Rudy Cooper / Brian Moser

Personality:   His real name is Brian Moser, but he uses the name Rudy Cooper. He’s tall and skinny, with short, brown, curly hair and a small scar on his top lip. He is quite strong, although you wouldn’t guess it by just looking at him. He’s in his mid-30s, with green eyes and a few beauty marks. He claims to have seen his mother get hit by a truck as a child, which isn’t entirely true. His mother did die in front of him, although she was killed. He’s very intelligent, able to evade the police easily and manipulate anyone around him. Brian spent his youth in a mental institution and was diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder. While there, he learned ways to adapt to society, but he also picked up on the ability to mask his true self. Despite having the obvious dysfunction of needing to kill, he was able to hide it so well that he was released in 1989, at the age of 21. Rudy Cooper is the the name of a man that Brian murdered in 1998. He then stole his identity in order to get close to Dexter, his brother. Under the alias of Rudy Cooper, Brian came off as a kind and charming man whose occupation was to help severely injured patients. According to Rudy, he became a prosthetist because his mother had lost both of her legs in an accident and he regretted his inability to help her. He’s rather dominant, and he has a fetish for limbs and dismemberment. He has a disgust for people with missing limbs, but he hides it incredibly well, not showing it to anyone. He is fascinated by blood, draining his victims of all of their blood when he kills them, using the specialised freezer in his apartment to slow down the flow of blood so that they don’t bleed when he dismembers them.
