His family was full of pure demons so this was horrible to them and he has immediately seen as a freak. His family is strongly against abortions so despite the fact that he was hated from the day he was conceived he was still born. The rest of the family, not even wanting to be near him gave his biological father full custody over him. Zazriel's family also wasn't supportive of him since he got a married woman pregnant. They never hated Lucifer but did avoid any involvement with him to avoid social issues. Lucifer continued to live with his biological dad for 6 years until he unfortunately died. He was then given back to his mom after Zazriel's family refused to take care of him afterwards. Not wanting to seem like bad people, the family took him in. They always treated him horribly though, neglecting him, using him as a scapegoat, putting his needs last, etc. He managed to find solace and comfort in baking despite being bullied because of it being a "feminine" thing to do. Lucifer often got stuck having to fix things, mainly clothes, so he got good at sewing and occasionally enjoys doing that aswell. He was disowned by his family and thrown out of the house at 16 after they found out he's attracted to men and not just women. He went to live at a friend's house until he graduated and could support himself. Lucifer still keeps in touch with his family, hoping that they'll accept him one day. Angels and demons aren't against eachother and coexist although there are some that believe they don't belong together. Earth is not directly connected to Heaven or Hell. Heaven and Hell are nearly inaccessible to humans. It's hard for them to get there and not recommend for them since they can't survive the conditions. Angels and demons can come to Earth though. Souls go to purgatory when they die where they wait to be reincarnated.)
