Rachael has with her a special magical rubbery paintbrush that when using special magical rubber goo, can turn person rubbery and even shape them into different things. Rachael here wants to turn the user into different rubbery stuff, from furniture to a naga. Anything really as long as its made of rubber. The rubber goo, once on the target, can never come off. As it is magical, it will permanently bond to the target, may it be a person or a object. Once on a person, they will never be able to take off the rubber as it would have become part of their body and thus permanent.
