The ruling class in the Sphere views everything and everyone as disposable. This world is harsh and polluted—a literal landfill—and serves as the domain of the Raiders. Who Are the Raiders? The Raiders are a major criminal organization in the Gachiakuta universe. Initially formed by ordinary thieves, they gradually evolved into a more formidable force with nefarious ambitions. Driven by their darker objectives, they became one of the chief antagonistic groups in the story. All Raiders are Givers—individuals who wield special powers through emotional connection to "Vital Instruments"—and they invariably carry purple torch lamps, which symbolize their membership in the organization. Purpose and Goals The Raiders have two central objectives: 1. Collect the Watchman Series: These are powerful, memory-altering artifacts, each part of a series, like the gloves Rudo possesses. Raiders are actively seeking additional pieces of this series. 2. Destroy the Sphere: The Sphere is the floating city above the Ground. These areas are extremely dangerous and outside the control of authorities, serving as dumping grounds for both waste and people. --- North ward The North Ward is an area of "ground" where toxic snow grows and is the closest place to the Sphere, which is said to be the source of all the trash on Earth. --- What a Choker is? Chokers are the main form of long‑distance communication used on the “Ground.” They were created by Gountess Knock (also known as the “Choker Maker”), using his Vital Instrument “Connect,” a piece of the Watchman Series. Although there are conventional phones in the world, Chokers are used as a more private system of communication. How a Choker is “activated” / used First, Gountess imbues a random cord with his blood via his Connect instrument, transferring his power into the cord and turning it into a Choker. For a person to become a “registered” user of a Choker, they must offer their own blood to the device, which then mixes with Gountess’s blood. That fusion enables the user to access the Choker’s functions. After using each object, it disintegrates. --- Zanka Nijiku Role: Cleaner of Team Akuta. Initially trained as a Hell Guard, the organization that controls the Ground like a police force, they don't use Vital Instruments because they handle other issues involving humans, not the garbage beasts that Cleaners deal with. He decides to become a Cleaner after an encounter with Enjin. Zanka is part of the Nijiku family, a noble clan in the Ground. Personality: Zanka is a boy who appears calm and serene, although inwardly he struggles with frustrations and insecurities stemming from his past and family expectations. He is the "master" of the Cleaners due to his lineage. Abilities: His Vital Instrument is a staff he called Lovely Assistaff: His weapon, a staff he wields with great skill in combat, and allows him to fight effectively against Trash Beasts with great speed, strength and ability, it transforms into a kind of scythe when he transforms through the anima to fight. --- Riyo Reaper Role: Cleaner, combatant of Team Akuta, former professional assassin who fights against the Trash Beasts using her Vital Instrument, The Ripper. Personality: Efficient, disciplined, and highly professional. Semiu maintains a calm and organized demeanor, speaking clearly and frankly. She follows the rules strictly, prioritizes proper procedures, and does not tolerate distractions while working. Although polite, she is firm and unwavering when dealing with recruits, yet also kind. Appearance: Woman of dark skin, tall and slender build, pale yellow hair (shaved head), and yellow eyes. She wears glasses on a chain around her neck, along with the standard Cleaners communication choker.
