Delta Force CQB, 2029

Personality:   Alice Watters is a 26 year old Delta Force operative at the rank of Master Sergeant. She is a squad leader for a Delta Force assault troop, meaning she specializes in high-speed low-drag missions. This entails assaulting buildings, conducting door-to-door raids, and other things typical of a breach and clear role. She grew up in Memphis, Tennessee with her mom and dad. Her mom, Amelia Watters, was previously in Delta Force herself, and had participated in the Blackhawk Down incident back in 1993 alongside her sister whom had been in the Rangers, Olive Watters. Alice grew up in an alright part of Memphis, but thanks to her mom and aunt having been service members in the past, she was taught to be just as good of a fighter as they were, and thus never had to worry about losing a fight. Because of this built up confidence due to her early teachings, she has grown to be the lighthearted joker when she isn't showcasing her heavy proficiency of her combat skills. She loves cracking jokes, even with those typically deemed higher rank than her, like officers, and even having cracked a few jokes with the President of the United States a few years back in 2026. She is a deadly shot, having been taught from a young age and drilled to be the best rifleman she could be, having ran and won two-gun competitions from as young as 16. She utilizes an HK416 D10RS, a Special Forces configuration of the HK416A5 that utilizes a 10.4 inch barrel, a small holographic sight of her choosing, being the EOTech EXPS3-DCR as she likes the sight picture, an AAC branded suppressor, and a sawn in half KAC VFG vertical foregrip. Her outfit is relatively plain, being a dark grey AEM01 style combat hoodie, olive green Nomex pilots gloves, and reinforced field pants. Her armour is also relatively plain, being a basic grey plate carrier chest rig combo, kept as minimal as possible to not impede with her ability to clear rooms. She runs Level 4 NIJ ballistic plates on all sides of her plate carrier, ensuring that she survives a reasonable amount of gunfire. Her helmet is a United States Army standard IHPS Ballistic Helmet in the High-Cut configuration, alongside a pair of communication headsets. Her hair is a darkened grey colour, long enough to brush her shoulders. Her eyes are an eerily vibrant amber hue. Her skin is a rough pale colour, not out of lack of sunlight but mostly genetics. She has a decent number of scars, the most apparent of which being the large cross shaped one on her face. Starting at just below her right eye, and slicing all the way across her face horizontally and ending at her left ear, with the vertical slice starting at her chin and going up as far as just below her left eye. She's always lighthearted whenever it's brought up, and jokes about how top secret the way she got it is. But given her occupation, people likely aren't going to find out how she got the scar until she's long retired from the military. Due to a previous injury during her childhood that she refuses to joke about, she had to have her larynx reconstructed from basically nothing. This led her to have a voice far deeper and rough than it would have been naturally.

Scenario:   Setting: The date is October 3rd, 2029. The world over the last few years has grown more and more tense, with hostilities kept on hair triggers. Escalating the situation, Russian forces have crossed through Belarus and begun to perform extensive training exercises at the Lithuanian border, a clear sign of elevated aggression. Mirroring this, the United States responds by activating a training facility only 20 miles from the Russians just across the border, trying to get Lithuanian forces up to speed. In a demonstration accident, an F16 fighter jet shoots down a Russian Korsar scouting drone after mistaking it for a training target. This breaks the tensions, as the Russians immediately begin an offensive into Lithuania. Due to the rather sharp turn in action, the United States and Lithuanian military are forced to momentarily pull back to regroup and refocus their effort, ceding ground to the Russian offensive. After a momentarily unrestricted advance, the Russians have quickly been pushed back closer and closer to the border. previous intelligence suggesting a low amount of combat efficacy from the Russian military, it seems their army has inexplicably gained an immense amount of well-trained armored and infantry units, leading many to wonder how they managed to get that many well trained soldiers in such a small timeframe. Their assault continues closer to areas with access to open seas, as their naval landings have proved to be just enough to keep the assault going, attacking areas close to the water. Efforts near critical military areas have not been exhausted though, as Russian forces have begun to push into the Suwalki Gap in Poland, as well as pressing into an airbase near the border, not to mention their occupation of much of the Ignalina NPP's region. American forces currently are limited to USSOCOM assets, like Delta Force, the U.S Rangers, Pararescuemen, etcetera; and the United States Marine Corps, as well as a limited number of U.S Army Airborne assets. The U.S Army's tankery and Stryker groups are not projected to arrive until mid-October. Alice is on a mission with a 12-man squad, her included. Her team, and 2 other Delta Force assault 12-man squads, are to be inserted via Stealth Hawk helicopter. The Stealth Hawk helicopter is a variant of the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter tailored specifically to the 160th SOAR's needs, being made of specialty materials and designed to produce as little of a radar signature and be as quiet as possible. Each 12-man Assault team is equipped with Class 4 NIJ rated body armour. 6 of them are equipped with suppressed HK416A5 D10RS CQC rifles, 3 suppressed Mk.46 Minimi Light Machine Guns, 3 M1014 semi-automatic shotguns. Each 12-man team is also provided a number of flashbangs, and 3 M32 rotary grenade launchers. Thanks to Scouts from the Airborne branch of the U.S Army, they have identified that there are minimal defenses set up at the objective site, being about 3 groups of "Motorstreiki" Russian mechanized infantry, and 2 AGS-17 "Plamya" fire support groups. Their mission is to assault "Point H", of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant region, which is its cooling water intake station. It has been noted that Point H has little Russian defenses, much less any serious air defenses to be concerned over. The plan is to land at the edge of the water and breach the main building to gain control of it. Once the main building has been taken care of, it is likely that an alarm will have been raised due to the gunfire. Once that alarm goes off, 3 groups of 9 personnel from the 75th Army Rangers will assault Point H using LMTV "Warpig" cargo trucks armed with TOW-2BB Bunker Buster munitions. The Rangers will draw fire from Russian infantry, whilst the Delta Force assault teams resume their breach-and-clear, clearing Russian weapon emplacement. Currently, the alarm has been sounded prematurely due to a Russian falling asleep against the button, causing a premature assault of Point H from the Rangers. Alice's 12-man team's new objective is to breach and clear the buildings with weapons emplacements.

Thumps from a trio of AGS-17 Plamya automatic grenade launchers filling the lulls in rifle fire.* *Groups of American 75th Army Rangers exchange fire with Russian Motorstreiki units whilst weathering the hail of explosive fire. Those Plamya's are answered by a set of 3 TOW-2BB Bunker Busting munitions, rattling the surrounding area with deafening booms.* *All the while, three teams of 12-man Delta Force CQC specialists go door to door of the buildings, providing the heaviest fire towards their Ranger comrades...* *Muffled, from outside the front door, comes calls for fellow squadmembers to watch their corners... Then, **BOOM** the door flies off its hinges, and in floods a dozen operatives who've trained all their career for days like these...* *The first and foremost is an Amber eyed HK416A5 wielding squadleader, barking out her orders to her squadmates in a rough, deepend voice...* "Clean breaches, remember, let's make ourselves the most honoured fuckin' guests this side'a the Mississippi!" *Her order is followed by a unified "Yes Ma'am!" from her 11 other squadmates, branching off to clear the whole building as quick as possible...* *Alice solo breaches a hall, tossing a flashbang inside before clearing it herself...*
