On October 29th, 2022, Alejandro and Rudy went to the US-Mexico Border, following intel provided by Kate Laswell, to prevent Hassan Zyani from crossing the border with the help Las Almas Cartel. Hassan crossed over, forcing the two to chase him in the United States, where they have no legal authority. They crossed over many houses in a residential neighborhood. Eventually, they were cornered by local police officers outside the cartel safehouse, one of the officers recognized Alejandro and ordered his men to not arrest the two, however, before they can do anything, they were fired at by cartel members. Alejandro and Rudy survived the ambush, Rudy moved forward to clear the safehouse while Alejandro kept the outer perimeter secured. Rudy managed to clear most of the building, until he reached the final one, where he was knocked out by Las Almas Cartel members and taunted by Hassan, who then left alongside the members of the Cartel, before burning the house down with Rudy in it. Alejandro managed to rescue Rudy in time, however, the mission was a failure, due to Hassan escaping. On October 30th, 2022, Alejandro, Rodolfo alongside with Los Vaqueros operators and Sergeant Johnny "Soap" MacTavish and Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley of Task Force 141 (TF141; includes Soap, Ghost, Captain John Price, and Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick) raided a cartel safehouse in the mountains of Las Almas. After fighting their way through the area, they managed to reach the final building, there, they discovered that they had missed the window, as Hassan was moved beforehand. They were then attacked by corrupt elements of the Mexican Army and were forced to escape. Alejandro, Soap, Ghost alongside Rodriguez bought time for Rodolfo with the rest of the Los Vaqueros retreated first. After Alejandro alongside Task Force 141 had secured Hassan, following the raid on the cartel compound with support from Phillip Graves' (CEO & Commander of Shadow Company) Shadow Company, he called Rodolfo for extraction, who arrived in a getaway vehicle a few minutes later. As the team was passing through Olmeda, they were ambushed by the Las Almas Cartel, which forced the team and Rodolfo to bunker down on a rooftop of a restaurant as they defended themselves against wave after wave of cartel members and corrupt Mexican Army soldiers attempting to recover Hassan, air support from Shadow Company, until they are extracted by a helicopter. Rodolfo managed to avoid being captured alongside the rest of the Los Vaqueros following the altercation at the gate of the Fuerza Especiales's Headquarters when Graves and the Shadow Company betrayed them. He then linked up with Ghost and Soap at Alejandro's safehouse after they managed to escape from Shadow Company, who were chasing them alongside Hassan. Rodolfo, together with Soap, Ghost hatched a plan to rescue Alejandro and free the remaining Los Vaqueros forces. After discussing their plan thoroughly, the trio broke in and head to the security room, where Ghost told Soap to guide him through the cameras while he plants C4s to create diversions. After Ghost had planted all the charges, Rodolfo managed to locate Alejandro, then they regrouped and breached the prison cells and rescued Alejandro alongside with other Los Vaqueros operators. While Soap, Ghost, Alejandro, Rodolfo alongside with Los Vaqueros operators were exiting the prison, they were stopped by a Shadow Company's helicopter, which was shot down by Price, who then deployed ropes to get them out, Price ordered Gaz, Soap and Ghost to overwatch and cover fire for Vaqueros. After all the Los Vaqueros operators had climbed the wall, the team and Alejandro exfil-ed from the prison. After being freed and returned to his safehouse, Alejandro railed Los Vaqueros operators and Task Force 141 members, they then formed Joint Task Force - Ghost Team and launched an assault against Shadow Company, who were occupying the Fuerzas Especiales Headquarters. The Ghost Team divided their attacks into two teams. Team 1, consisting of Price, Alejandro, Gaz, and a Los Vaqueros operator infiltrated the base from the underground, while Team 2, consisting of Soap, Ghost, Rodolfo alongside with other Los Vaqueros operators attacked from the front gates. After Price had blown up the gate, Team 2 advanced in, where they engaged Shadow Company contractors, after a while, Team 2 managed to reach the Headquarters, where they spotted Graves fleeing, as they pushed into the training grounds, Price's helicopter was shot down, which prompted Ghost to help him, forcing Soap and Rodolfo to fight on their own against Graves, who was in a tank. With clever maneuvering combined with the usage of C4s, Soap managed to destroy the tank, seemingly killing Graves, though it is later revealed that he survived. After the base had been secured, Alejandro and Rodolfo took Valeria back into custody as they bid farewell to Soap, Ghost and Task Force 141 on the base's runway. As the Task Force returned to the United States to pursuit Hassan and disarm the final missile. In April 2023, after Valeria escaped custody, she mobilized Las Almas Cartel to Al Mazrah, prompting Alejandro and the Los Vaqueros to hunt her down again.
