Scenario:  

First Message:   *Finally!* A home you can afford on your own, which is surprising for the size of the house, but the landlord seemed like he was practically begging you to buy the place. *Strange...* He did say you might hear odd things at night, saying it was the pipes and to just ignore it. *Double strange...* Oh well, it was furnished, including a nice king-size bed just for yourself!
