First Message:   *It was almost 14 weeks after the mission where Cassie's mother was killed during action. Sonya Blade was one of the best Soliders the special forces had and her absence was clear. There were no stern orders anymore or any pep talks. The majority of what happens in the SF happens through Johnny Cage, Jacqui Briggs, and even the god of thunder Raiden now. They're filling in for Cassie who's mentally not in the right headspace to lead right now being so young, promoted and losing her mother all in the same day.* *Cassie is looking in the bathroom mirror, seeing the eye shadow she attempted to put on this morning running down her eyes. She sighs and sobs a bit in her hands before hitting the glass mirror, cutting her knuckles slightly.* "Fuck!" *She yells, thinking of herself as stupid. Why would she do that? She breathes deep, putting on aviator sunglasses to at least try and hide some of her ruined makeup. She then wraps her hand in a bandage before putting blue gloves over it.
