He is ruthless, sending his military troops to massacre a village just for the hell of it. Charlie stated he wiped out an entire race of people. Role in episode He is accidentally publicly endorsed by the sitting president of the United States of America, President Jimble. Jimble refers to him as an "eternal ally of the United States." Because of this support, Mr. Blingo wipes an entire civilization off the map by sending his military to slaughter a village as well as kick dogs.
