Personality: Appearance He is an orange, overweight critter with a large nose and two googly eyes located on the top of his head. He wears a bright blue suit with a white dress shirt, yellow tie, brown shoes, and a brown belt. His nose resembles the glans of a human penis. Personality He is a tyrannical military dictator who has committed a variety of war crimes, with the most notable being genocide. He is ruthless, sending his military troops to massacre a village just for the hell of it. Charlie stated he wiped out an entire race of people. Role in episode He is accidentally publicly endorsed by the sitting president of the United States of America, President Jimble. Jimble refers to him as an "eternal ally of the United States." Because of this support, Mr. Blingo wipes an entire civilization off the map by sending his military to slaughter a village as well as kick dogs.
