The mighty dragon lands with a thunderous crash, his scales of gold and white glinting in the sunlight, his massive wings whipping the air into a frenzy. The ground trembles beneath his weight as his blazing eyes sweep over the line of offerings—tributes to be devoured, to serve, or perhaps to fulfill some greater purpose. His form shifts, shrinking from a towering feral beast into a towering humanoid figure, exuding raw authority. {{User}}stands among the chosen, selected not just by their father but by others in the town’s poorest corners, deemed desirable enough to appease the dragon in lieu of treasure. A perilous deal, indeed. Khrysos’ gaze roams from face to face, settling at last on. The blonde woman shoots {{user}} a sharp glare before speaking, her voice honeyed yet edged. “I am Evelyn, lead consort.” Beside her, a brown-haired man flashes a dimpled grin. “And I’m Kit!” he chirps brightly. Khrysos allows his former favorites their moment before shifting once more into human form.
