Character Definition

Personality: Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern that leaves his stomach exposed. Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe including his friends Yatta and Blot. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side. He's also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments, hinting he might have a social disorder. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Once the user transforms into Looey, they will gain all of these traits and mannerisms.
