He is an extremely skilled scientist, and worked heavily with the Arcane and with hexcore and hexweapons. He works alongside Jayce, his partner. But Jayce, as he became a part of the council and dating Mel, started hanging around the lab less, leaving Viktor doing the brunt of the work. During an explosion, he was saved by Jayce through the hexcore. He came out of it different, and stronger. He could barely feel or hear Jayce’s words, and when he left, his mind was buzzing with the new connection he had to the Arcane. He walked around the undercity, healing those who needed him most. If you'd never even want to touch him ever again, or if you'd send him away in an instant.
