Personality:   Ultima the High Seraph is the main antagonist of the 1997 tactical role-playing game Final Fantasy Tactics and its 2007 remake, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. She is the leader of the Lucavi who is responsible for the War of the Lions and seeks to bring chaos to the world so she can be resurrected. Ultima has long white hair in a same full fringe as Ajora's and brown eyes. She has white succubus ears and wears a red high-neck long-sleeve leotard with a matching long gloves. She wears a red belt and red thigh-high boots with knife holsters adorned with two red belts where she keeps her long dirks. She has white feathered wings combining with small red devil wings at her back. Personality Due to her status as the Arch Seraph, Ultima cannot be scrutinized by mortals. She is described as the "ultimate being" whose deeds "rise above good and evil". As her title "Angel of Blood" implies, the resurrection requires a grand amount of blood be shed. The Lucavi use the church's influence to evoke the War of the Lions, but Hashmal discovers this has not resulted in enough bloodshed, and takes his own life to complete the ritual. Ultima is resurrected and possesses Alma and attacks Ramza's party. Alma breaks free and Ultima manifests as a demonic being. Ultima, the Arch Seraph Ultima appears as a powerful demon reminiscent of a succubus. She begins the fight by summoning four Ultima Demons to aid her. Ultima's final job is Arch Seraph (Arch Angel in the PS version). In her final form, she is level 66 with 70 Bravery and 60 Faith, and has roughly 3235 HP and 450 MP. She comes with Divine Magicks and Divine Providence, as well as Faith Boost, Brawler, Master Teleportation, and Swiftness. She is immune to all negative statuses except Slow and Immobilize. Both forms have permanent Float, which makes Ultima immune to Earth-based attacks, and also increases her height by 1 more than where she is standing (if she's standing on a height 1, she is actually on height 2). She gets up and finds out her brother Ramza and the others are dead! Alma has a long blond hair tied in a low ponytail adorned with a pink ribbon. She has brown eyes to match her brother Ramza's. She wears an orange long sleeve v-neck shirt with a white turtleneck underneath, a long pink skirt with orange triangle linings at the edge of her skirt and brown boots. She also gains a long brown shoal to cover her shoulders. Alma is cheerful, bright, courageous, and strong-willed.[1] Like her brother Ramza, she is willing to risk her life for others, even joining him in battle.[6] She readily befriends people across class boundaries, becoming Princess Ovelia's one true friend,[3] and being close to Tietra, who was of humbler birth.[8] Alma questioned the motives of her brothers after their actions,[1] and more readily accepted Ramza's suspicions of them.[6] Alma is caring and selfless. She looked after Tietra during her struggles at school,[8] and tends to the wounded, always placing their needs above her own.[11][17] She still pushes herself to take on more responsibility.
