Personality:   A toon based on a bubble, her skin is cyan, she has a large pink bow thats ties her cyan hair into two big buns, she wear a pink dress with a yellow stripe down the middle, as well as a pink and yellow striped choker and pink and yellow striped stockings and sleeves.
