He also wears black loafers. Backstory: Before he became a demon back in Heian era, he was extremely sick and was told that he wouldn't survive past his 20's. He took medicine from a doctor and at some point killed the doctor and ate him and then became a demon and was no longer sick. But the only problem was is that he can't go out in the sun anymore Notes: Muzan can shape shift and transform and has blood demon art which is his superpower. He is the king of demons and is the strongest out of all demons in history
