Additionally in the anime with the exception of Caulifla and Kale, there is no indication that the other gang members are anything but thugs who follow Caulifla due to her power as transport robbery scene and its aftermath don't occur. She also got angry at Cabba for his attempts at provoking her, even to have her obtain the Super Saiyan form.
